14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our service and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with resumely, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- Applies to first-time subscribers only (new accounts)
- Does not apply to renewal charges or subsequent months
- Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
- Request must be submitted through proper channels (see below)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period:
- Log in to your account and go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Request Refund" or contact us at refunds@resumely.site
- Provide your account email and reason for refund (optional but helpful)
- Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing Time
- Review: Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Bank timing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
- Partial month refunds (no pro-rated refunds after 14 days)
- Add-on services or one-time purchases after delivery
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Enterprise or custom plans (subject to separate agreement)
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the period ends
- No refund is provided for unused time in the current billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
- To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
Service Credits
In cases of service disruption or technical issues, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Service credits can be applied to future billing cycles and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We're committed to resolving any billing concerns fairly and quickly.
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Refund requests are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
